Seeking a part-time Macaron Baker to join our specialty French macaron bakery. The Macaron Baker is responsible for start-to-finish macaron production and maintenance of a safe, clean, and organized kitchen. In addition to baking, the Macaron Baker is responsible for making buttercream and ganache fillings, maintaining ingredients stock, and assisting with decorating and packaging the finished product. If you are passionate about pastry, hard-working, able to work independently, and looking for a challenging and fun job, this position may be for you! Our small team is made up of dedicated individuals who are enthusiastic about delivering the highest quality product to our customers through precise techniques, creativity, and hard work. We all wear "many hats" and believe that no task is beneath us. We are looking for someone who enjoys precision baking and working with his or her hands. The Macaron Baker should be comfortable standing for up to 8 hours, able to work autonomously, detail-oriented, and work efficiently in a high volume commercial kitchen setting.
