Y'all know that we trust Enlighten MD with all of our aesthetics. We've been going to Enlighten since 2015. Through the years, the professional team at Enlighten has earned our trust. We know when we walk through those doors, we are in good hands! Owner, Kari Feinstein, and the team at Enlighten provide best-in-class service and technology. Skincare is a Moving Target
Times goes by. We age and our skin ages. So our beauty regimen needs to evolve as we evolve. In addition to our own skin changes, technology is always changing and improving. You'd never expect your computer from 2010 to perform as well as your brand, new 2019 computer does. The same applies to the technology of aesthetics. The one-on-one consultation with Kari is an opportunity to discuss your current skincare strategy and assess if something needs to change / be added. There's no way we could keep up with the ever-evolving industry of aesthetics. We firmly believe in letting the professionals do what they do best.
A Holistic Approach (Big Picture)
Before you embark on any aesthetic or skincare journey, its really important to look at the big picture and discuss your goals and preferences with Kari. Your skin is totally unique to YOU. The consultation gives you the opportunity to discuss a customized plan for your specific needs.
For example, I can't tell you how many times I see something on Instagram and ask Kari about it and she explains that it won't be effective on my skin. Thank GOD I asked because I could have wasted some serious $$$ on a treatment that wouldn't have been effective on me. You will be surprised how often Kari will recommend a totally different treatment than the one you *think* you need. There's so much information out there— its impossible to know all your options unless you are at the top of the industry. In this case, we wholeheartedly believe in letting the pros do what they do best!
A Cost-Effective Roadmap
We all know aesthetic treatments are not cheap! This stuff is an investment (albeit a worthwhile investment)! Kari is always mindful of budget. Ultimately, Kari guides her clients down the path that will be the MOST effective while also being budget conscious. She likes to combine products, make up tips and treatments to create a custom, cost-effective plan. Some recommendations are quick and easy. Other treatment recommendations are more long-term goals. If you are looking to get the most bang-for-your-buck, a consultation is without a doubt THE WAY to ensure that your treatment plan with be customized to your specific needs.
Honesty & Trust
Kari is known for her professional honesty. The team at Enlighten is dedicated to enhancing their client’s natural beauty without going overboard or overselling. When talking about the business of aesthetics, we all inevitably end up thinking about the people you've seen that look "over-worked." According to Kari, "fear is the biggest obstacle" she faces with clients. Many patients come in wanting enhancements, but they are essentially paralyzed by fear of the few BAD cases they've seen. We NEVER worry about this with Enlighten. They've proven time and time again that they aren't interested in over-selling— the whole team prioritizes a "less is more" mentality.
Sarah: I definitely suffer from lip dysmorphia (a self-diagnosed syndrome in which I do not see the reality of my lip size and I always think my lips are too small). There have been many occasions where I've asked our nurse injector, Dayna, to give me bigger lips and she tells me ABSOLUTELY NOT. She cares about her work and doesn't want me to look ridiculous. For that, I am so grateful!
