Fitness goals are daunting and there isn't a one-size-fits-all diet or workout out there. My advice is to ditch comparisons, listen to your body, and work with a trusted health/nutrition advisor.
Sarah and I recently started seeing a personal trainer and nutritionist (she is a God-send and we can't wait to share more on this soon). I found it interesting and worth sharing that even though Sarah and I are sisters – we look alike, have similar physiques, weigh the same, and wear the same size – our bodies are COMPLETELY different. Back to my original point - ditch the comparisons because we are ALL created unique and different. Sarah is a carb-lover and hates exercise. She rarely cares about what she eats and never has stomach problems. Natalie = the antithesis of Sarah. I can't tolerate a lot of foods (dairy, gluten, garlic, onions, apples) and I love exercise. I am a total foodie and live with stomach problems.
As for physique – Sarah has longer legs and wider hips. I am super straight with no hips and a small bust. We both love our bodies but our 2018 goal is concentrated on muscular strength, toning, and healthy living. My personal focus: ABS.
This outfit is perfect for hitting the gym and taking on your day. I love the matching P.E. Nation sports top and leggings for working out. You can look good working on those abs or show off your hard-earned abs at the gym and leave the locker room in a dash wearing this floral zipper jacket over the sports bra and flare track pants over the leggings.
