Born and raised in a small East Texas town, Emily always knew she was a big city girl. Having started two businesses of her own, she knew her career needed to be in a creative setting. Emily moved to Dallas in the fall of 2016. Shortly after, she met the ‘birds” by giving them one of her illustrations. Thanks to her experience in photography, art and fashion, she landed an internship at WE THE BIRDS which led to her solidifying a full-time position. In her role as Creative Assistant, Emily brings her overwhelming love of fashion and all things artistic to the table everyday.
